People will be astonished to learn today that a Tory MP was seen to be playing a download app game called Candy Crush on his smart phone while attending a full session of a commons select committee, Work and Pensions, of which he is a member. This person is paid as a public servant out of taxpayers’ money to look after our interests. That he plays games on his phone instead will come as yet another piece of evidence that never has there before been a Parliament so full of self-serving self-interested and generally incompetent people as we have today.
Never have politicians been held in such low esteem by voters. There is a General Election next May. Prepare for an earthquake because one is surely coming.
