This Blog commends the government for a long overdue decision to provide an essential facility on any modern transport system. But they go on to say it will take four years!<\/p>\n<p>Four years of modern technology development in social media and digital communications will see generations of advances producing new devices and apps at present undreamed of. By the time the government&#8217;s timetable for this project is implemented the whole thing will be way out of date and as useless as the stuff now available on some trains.
