But meanwhile here are the key themes from Trump which resonate with what is now an international surge against the way things are and all the people and institutions who have had a hand in shaping them that way.<\/p>\n
Trump Says<\/p>\n
Only and outsider can effectively deal with America’s problems<\/p>\n
Globalization has not worked for too many Americans<\/p>\n
Instead he will offer Americanization, putting America first<\/p>\n
He will bring jobs back for the traditional working class<\/p>\n
He will be their voice<\/p>\n
He will\u00a0\u00a0scrap unfair trade deals<\/p>\n
He will make America safe<\/p>\n
He will stop terrorists getting in<\/p>\n
He will destroy IS as a threat<\/p>\n
He will reduce crime<\/p>\n
He will put a stop to America’s disastrous interventions overseas and make allies pay more for their own defense<\/p>\n
There is more, but this is enough to get a lot\u00a0of people voting who have not bothered to do so for years. And how do Americans know he has the will and competence to do all this?<\/p>\n
They don’t. The only way to find out is to elect him. They just might.<\/p>\n
